I then
find another marriage announcement in the Burlington Weekly Free Press -
Burlington, Chittenden Co., VT newspaper dated 12.7.1832 stating on
11.19.1832 Almira Perkins m. Simon W. Payn, both of Shelburn, VT

Charlotte, Chittenden Co., VT Land Records 1762-1795 Book. John Tharp of
Charlotte, Chittenden Co., VT is selling land in Charlotte, Chittenden Co.,
VT to Philo Perkins of the same place for 10 shillings. A parcel of land in
the township of Charlotte in the 2nd division drawn to the original right of
John Hitchcock.
I find a land sale deed dated 5.29.1795 recorded in the
Charlotte, Chittenden Co., VT Land Records 1795-1811 Book. Philo Perkins of
Charlotte, Chittenden Co., VT is selling land in Charlotte, Chittenden Co.,
VT to Ebenezer Cook of Charlotte, Chittenden Co., VT for 10 pounds. A parcel
of land beginning at the northwesterly corner of the river Aplott on the
easterly line of lot #28 second division.
