Walworth Co., WI. This couple removed to Lawrence, St. Lawrence Co., New
York where he ran a tavern. Their known children

I find a land purchase deed dated 1.1.1847 recorded in the
Walworth Co., WI Deeds 1850-1852 Book. Calvin & Betsey E. Gault of Spring
Prairie, Walworth Co., WI are selling land at Spring Prairie, Walworth Co.,
WI to Edmund Perkins of the town of Spring Prairie, Walworth Co., WI. A
Parcel of land lying and being in the tow, count and territory aforesaid,
bounded in the center of the United States Road, sixty feet west of the
center of the Bridge where it crosses the Honey Creek, which is on the
quarter line of section #1, of town #3 North of Range #18 East and runs west
seventy-seven feet, then south eight rods, then east seventy-seven feet,
then north to the place of beginning.
I find a land purchase deed dated 2.6.1847 recorded in the
Walworth Co., WI Deeds 1850-1852 Book. Rodoluhus C. Heath of Spring Prairie,
Walworth Co., WI is selling land in Spring Prairie, Walworth Co., WI to
Edmund Perkins. A parcel of land situated and lying and being in the town,
county and territory aforesaid, and is bounded beginning at the center of
the United States Road sixteen rods west from the south-west corner of the
tavern stand now kept by the said Edmund Perkins, and runs thence north
twelve rods to a stake and stoned, then east four rods to a corner, then
south twelve rods to the center of said road, then along the center of said
road west four rods to the place of beginning containing 48 rods of land.
I find a land purchase deed dated 11.6.1847 recorded in the
Walworth Co., WI Deeds 1850-1852 Book. Alvin L. & Sarah V. Flint of Spring
Prairie, Walworth Co., WI are selling land at Spring Prairie, Walworth Co.,
WI to Edmund Perkins of the same place. A parcel of land lying and being in
the town, count and territory aforesaid bound, beginning in the center of
the United States road on the quarter line of section #1, township #3 north
of range #18 East, eighty-seven feet west of the center of Honey Creek where
the United States road bridge and the said quarter line crosses the same and
runs north twelve rods to a state and stones, then west forty feet to a
stake and stones, then south twelve rods to the center of the said United
states road, then east along the center of said road forty feel to the place
of beginning.

Walworth Co., WI Deeds 1849-1850 Book. Edmund & Jerusha L. Perkins of Spring
Prairie, Walworth Co., WI are selling land at Spring Prairie, Walworth Co.,
WI to John C. Frederick of Sugar Creek, Walworth Co., WI. A parcel of land
situated beginning in the center of the United States Road, running from
Racine to Janesville, being part of the South East quarter of section No. 1,
township #3 north of Range #18 East being the Milwaukee Land District.
I find a land sale deeds dated 8.14.1851 recorded in the
Walworth Co., WI Deeds 1855-1857 Book. Edmund & Jerusha L. Perkins of Spring
Prairie, Walworth Co., WI are selling land at Spring Prairie, Walworth Co.,
WI to Edson Crawford of St. Lawrence Co., NY. A Parcel of land being part of
the South East quarter of Section No. 1, township #3, North of Range No. 18
East in the Milwaukee Land District.
I find a land purchase deed dated 10.4.1851 recorded in the
St. Lawrence Co., NY Deed 1851-1852 Book. Edson & Ester Crawford of
Lawrence, St. Lawrence Co., NY are selling land at Lawrence, St. Lawrence
Co., NY to Edmund Perkins of the same place. A parcel of land lying and
being in the town of Lawrence, NY being a village lot or Tavern stand at
North Lawrence adjoining the depot by the railroad.
I find a land sale deed dated 4.25.1854 recorded in the St.
Lawrence Co., NY Deed 1854 Book. Edmund & Jerusha L. Perkins of the town of
Lawrence, St. Lawrence Co., NY are selling land in the town of Lawrence &
village of North Lawrence, St. Lawrence Co., NY to Lucius R. Townsend and
Julius A. Townsend.
1855 - St. Lawrence Co., NY - I find Letters of Administration filed
by Jerusha L. Perkins, Julius Martin & John Ferris for Edmund Perkins
(deceased)
I find a land sale deed dated 9.7.1864 recorded in the St.
Lawrence Co., NY Deeds 1863-1864 Book. Jerusha L. Perkins of Lawrence, St.
Lawrence Co., NY is selling land in North Lawrence, St. Lawrence Co., NY to
Betsy Newton of the same place. A parcel of land near the lot known as the
Edson Crawford lot.
*NOTE* There are several land deeds for Edmund & Jerusha L. Perkins,
or just Jerusha L. Perkins recorded in the St. Lawrence Co., NY Deeds books.
The last one I found is dated 6.30.1884 where Jerusha L. Perkins of
Lawrence, St. Lawrence Co., NY is selling land she owned at Potsdam, St.
Lawrence Co., NY.
