JOSEPH PERKINS
Joseph Perkins b.ca.1767-1768 MA d.3.21.1837 Pownal, VT. Son of (Moses & Keziah (unknown) Perkins). His wife JALA\JULIA (MASON). They were married in 1790 at Lanes borough, Massachusetts. They were listed on the 1800-1820 VT Census at Pownal, Bennington Co., VT. He lived next door to Moses Perkins (below)

Their known children were:

I find a Bond document in the Bennington Co., VT Probate Estate Case Files 1784-1884 dated 6.16.1817 where Jonathan Brown, David Brown & Joseph Perkins  are involved in the sale of real estate of Richard Brown (deceased) whose wife may have been Eunice (Perkins). MOSES PERKINS
Moses Perkins b.ca.1755 or earlier. **Probably* son of (Moses & Keziah (Unknown) Perkins). He is listed on the census as being over aged 45 in 1800. His wife is UNKNOWN. He is listed on the 1800 VT Census at Pownal, Bennington Co., VT. He lived next door to Joseph Perkins (above).

I find a land purchase deed dated 2.8.1799 recorded in the Rensselaer Co., NY Deeds 1791-1801 Book between Joshua B. Aldridge & Priscilla his wife, late Priscilla Westcot, widow of Joseph Wescot (deceased) and Moses Perkins now of Pownal, VT land in the town of Stephentown, Rensselaer Co., NY

I find a land purchase deed dated 4.12.1824 recorded in the Rensselaer Co., NY Deeds 1821-1823 Book, where Moses Perkins is referenced as deeding land in Rensselaer Co., NY to his son Stephen Perkins.

*Note* - The Boston Transcript Genealogy Columns: United States. Newspapers 1913 state the following:
(*3707) Richard Brown b.1754 d.1813, son of William Brown. Richard Brown's wife was Eunice Perkins (probably a sister of Moses) b.1757 d.1833 (she m.2nd. Mr. ??? Wittney/Wittrey.  In Pittsfield we find recorded a deed dated 1782 of William & Sarah Brown to Moses Perkins of Pownal, VT. 
The person who placed the above query stated that the Moses Perkins family came from Rhode Island and relate to families who came from South Kingston.

JOHN PERKINS
John Perkins b.ca.1776 d. ca.1796-1799 Corinth, Orange Co., VT. His wife m.12.5.1796@ Corinth, Orange Co., VT; MARY\MARTHA "POLLY" (ROBINSON). I do not find her listed at Corinth, Orange Co., VT on the 1800 Census. His probate was filed at Bradford, Orange Co., VT on 10.26.1801. "Polly" Perkins was m.1801; 2nd: to Moody Merrill. Moody Merrill was appointed the administrator of the estate of John Perkins. Their children were 1.Johathan Merrill b.9.26.1801, Moody Merrill Jr. b.6.2.1803 d.8.1.1803, Moody Merrill Jr. b.5.30.1804, Greenleaf Merrill b.1.6.1806

Their known child was:

1. Elizabeth "Betsey" Perkins b. 5.30.1797 Corinth, VT

THOMAS PERKINS
Thomas Perkins b. ?   *Possibly" he who d.1812/1813 Randolph, Orange Co., VT.  He m. 2nd? on 10.12.1794 at Claremont, NH;  ELIZABETH OLIVE (FIELDING). They were listed on the 1800 Census at Randolph, Orange Co., VT
