Justice of the Peace for several years in the late 1780's.
They were listed on the 1790 VT Census at Tomlinson, Windsor Co., VT.
In 1800, it was either he or his son Charles Perkins Jr. who is listed at
Tomlinson, Windham Co., VT Census. He was a Soldier in the Revolutionary War and
died 1828. He is buried at Wrights Corners Cemetery, Middlebury, (Genesee)
Wyoming Co., NY. Their
known children were:
