Solomon Perkins (III) Jr. b.???? NH. Son of (Solomon & Unknown (Unknown) Perkins). His wife BETSEY (UNKNOWN). He is listed on the 1790 Census at Middleton, Strafford Co., NH. He is referred to in the below Deeds as "Solomon Perkins Jr.".

I find a court record dated 3.8.1810 recorded in the Strafford Co., NH Court Records 1808-1813 book where a Paul Wentworth of Kittery, York, MA is suing Solomon & Samuel Perkins of Middleton, Strafford Co., NY (husbandmen) for damages for non-payment that they agreed upon on 12.22.1808. Solomon & Samuel Perkins use Nehemiah Eastman as their attorney. They lost the case.

I find a land purchase deed dated 4.18.1813 recorded in the Strafford Co., NH Deeds 1813 book between Joseph & Dorcus Perkins of Middleton, Strafford Co., NH and Solomon Perkins Jr. of Middleton, Strafford Co., NH. They are selling land of 80 acres on lot #61 in 1st division in Middleton, Strafford Co., NH to Solomon Perkins

I find a land sale deed dated 6.26.1813 recorded in the Strafford Co., NH Deeds 1814, 1813-1814 book between Solomon Perkins Jr. of Middleton, Strafford Co., NH and Mark  Barker of Epping, Rockingham Co., NH. Solomon Perkins Jr. is selling the same 80 acres of land on lot #61 in the 1st division in Middleton, Strafford Co., NH that he purchased on 4.18.1813.

I find a land sale deed dated 8.19.1818 recorded at Madison Co., IL Deeds 1818-1820 Book & Adams Co., IL Land Records 1818 book, where Solomon Perkins of Middleton, Strafford Co., NH is referred to as a father and only heir of Nathaniel Perkins, a late a soldier in the Army of the United States (deceased). Solomon Perkins is selling the land that he or his father received as a bounty land grant to a man named Nehemiah Eastman (he was an attorney) of Farmington. It being a tract of land containing one hundred & sixty acres being the North West quarter of Section Thirty-Two of Township One North in Range Eight West in the tract appropriated by acts of Congress for Military Bounties in the Territory of Illinois. He states that this land grant is recorded in the General Land Office at Washington, D.C. Volume twenty-eight, page one-hundred and fifty. The Bounty Land Warrant was numbered 17.705 or 19.905

I find a Middleton, Strafford Co., NH Town Records 1824-1840 the marriage record between a Solomon Perkins 3rd & Mary Perkins on 10.7.1824. Unsure if it is the above Solomon Perkins or not ? *More Research Needed*. Also, in the Middleton, NH Vital Records, I find a Samuel Perkins b.3.8.1831 d.9.9.1908 who stated his parents were Solomon & Mary Perkins of Middleton, Strafford Co., NH
